Relocation of KB Offset & thePrinters.com

KB Offset & thePrinters.com, a modern, state-of-the-art digital printing company decided to relocate their offices in 50,000 sq. ft. of the vacant Corning Asahi plant in State College, PA. What remained of the existing facility was a very hollow shell space with only partial heating and fire suppression infrastructure in place. Electrical distribution served only lighting.

A certain amount of cooling was required to maintain paper quality and allow for high-speed and high temperature press operations to occur. Final equipment selections included rooftop AC units with indirect fired gas heating sections and environmentally friendly refrigerants. To insure that KB Offset would have as economically operating systems as possible, 100% outside air free cooling economizer accessories were provided.
