The owners of this beautiful new facility in State College, PA, hired our firm to develop drawings requested by code administration for the coordination of the HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression and fire alarm systems around the cooking equipment. The most important aspects of this project centered around the selection and sizing of the specialized hood extinguishing system in addition to important interconnections between the cooking equipment, the extinguishing system and the building fire alarm system. |
