MLNAI was responsible for sizing and selecting appropriate systems to fit-out a new shell facility built in a commercial/professional business center in the Centre Region. This project was a major expansion of the Dentists' practice in terms of system upgrades and patient chairs. Client satisfaction was extremely high.

This type of application requires electrical connections to standard office equipment as well as specialized pieces of equipment including the patient chairs, television sets, sterilization, x-ray and darkroom components. Since each piece of dental equipment has differing connection requirements, paying close attention to detail is an important aspect of the electrical system design, and special grounding requirements are required in the patient areas.

The plumbing design included several types of specially detailed piping systems to serve patient chair areas, including not only standard cold and hot water and DWV, but also “special” water, compressed air and vacuum piping systems.
