Hershey Medical Center Exam/Cast Room Renovations

The design consisted of renovating two related spaces located across the corridor from each other. On one side of the hallway, an existing treatment room was converted into two new exam rooms, while on the other side of the hallway several old exam rooms were converted into one larger treatment room.

This IRCA Class II construction project required demolition and new design of plumbing (including plaster trap), electrical, HVAC (VAV’s) and medical gas systems. In one week’s time, this design was completed and delivered to the architect for owner review and acceptance. The project was completed with no change orders or significant disruption of adjacent areas.
